Preparation

Spread wrap with guacamole. Finely dice the cheese and lay on top of the guacamole. Top with the diced grilled chicken thighs. Add 2 slices of lettuce, finely chopped. Roll up the wrap. Pack in a plastic sandwich container inside an insulated lunch box.
